Operations Support Specialist – Pittsburgh

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Alpega North America team and also function within the broader global Alpega Group. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to and determining the appropriate action to resolve issues from our clients across the Alpega North America line of business. You will respond to support tickets via phone, e-mail, and internet (chat and screen share). Your primary function will be to use your problem-solving skills, product knowledge (ongoing training provided), independent judgment and decision making skills to provide assistance to customers (internal & external) regarding our products and services.

Pre Sales Solution Advisor – Minneapolis

As a Pre-Sales Solution Advisor, you will use your technical and business knowledge along with your sales skills to provide advice & support across the Alpega Group line of business; you will, therefore, be a key stakeholder in the Customer Experience during the solution selling process. You will assist Business Development and Field Sales from a technical & business perspective, on the preparation of sales documentation & meetings (analysis, demonstration, presentation, blueprint, etc…) as well as by performing joint visits to customers and prospects. You will work closely together with Marketing, Product Management, Delivery Management and IT.
